    Begin your orientation training that introduces you to the Habitually Happier Method™ and get involved in the community conversation for peer support.   • What’s included in my membership?

    It depends on your access level (explore specific tier details under the Membership Options menu selection). All memberships include access to the Habitually Happier Health Coaching Academy; the Community Conversation forum; tiered member’s discounts on high quality supplements; tiered membership discounts on specialty groups and classes (provided by us or our accredited partners); access to certified laboratory testing and nutrigenetic testing; earlybird access to new programs; access to Women’s Wellness Wednesdays teaching and discussions; and training in our proprietary Habitually Happier Method.

  • What’s NOT included in my membership?

    The cost of laboratory testing. These tests are optional and individualized, and all fees are laboratory fees paid directly to our laboratory partners. The cost of supplements; however, we do offer our members tiered discounts at our online dispensary based on membership level. Specialty groups and classes - groups and classes that are outside the primary health coaching curriculum that focus on special interests, such as yoga, cooking, fitness, etc. whether they are provided by our own team or our accredited partners. We do offer our members tiered discounts on speciality groups and classes based on membership level. Nonmedical services recommended by us but provided by others, such as massage therapy, acupuncture, or chiropractic care.

  • Can I change my membership tier or change from monthly to annual pay?

    Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership as desired. Each membership tier contains specific information about how to upgrade or downgrade within the orientation area for that membership tier. You’ll also find information in the orientation area about how to switch from a monthly to an annual subscription plan.   • Can I earn referral money if I refer a friend?

    Yes! You’ll find information about how to become a referral partner in the orientation area of your membership tier.

  • What is the "grandmothered in" policy for pre-enrollment pricing?

    When you take advantage of our pre-enrollment pricing and become an early adopter you will be locked into pre-enrollment promotional pricing for the lifetime of your membership, including upgrades, downgrades, and add-on purchases (e.g. private sessions, specialty groups/programs, etc).

  • How often is new content added?

    New content is added weekly or monthly depending on the specific program and/or content section. Detailed information about what to expect for each program and content section (as well as live group sessions) are included in the orientation area of your membership. Right now, we have approximately three years of membership content developed, and we follow the latest evidence-based information to develop additional content. We interact in the Community Conversation forum on a regular basis and welcome your questions, ideas, and suggestions about specific physical and mental health content that is of interest to you.

  • What if I want to cancel my membership?

    If you purchased a Community Membership or Basic Membership, you may cancel your membership any time prior to your next annual renewal date. There are no refunds for Community or Basic Memberships. If you purchased a Personal or Professional Membership, you may cancel your membership at any time prior to your monthly or annual renewal date. There are no refunds for monthly subscription plans. You may be eligible for a prorated refund of your annual plan - see information in the next question regarding refunds.

  • Do you have a refund policy?

    It depends on the type of membership, product, or service purchased. There are no refunds for Community or Basic Memberships; however, you may cancel your annual membership at any time prior to your annual renewal date. There are no refunds for monthly subscription plans for Personal or Professional Memberships; however, you may cancel your membership at any time prior to your next monthly renewal date. For annual plans for Personal or Professional Memberships, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of your annual plan based on the following formula: If at any time after 90 days of active membership you are not satisfied with your membership for any reason, you may request a prorated refund by contacting membersupport@habituallyhappier.com. We will calculate your refund based upon the monthly subscription payment for the membership tier that you purchased and issue a refund for unused months. No prorated refunds will be issued after month ten. Active membership is defined as logging in to our virtual academy and/or community at least twice per week during the first 90 days of your membership; completing the orientation for your membership level; completing the Radical Redesign teaching modules that are open for you; attending at least half of the coaching calls (or completing the replay in the coaching call archives); and engaging in the community conversation by posting and commenting on posts. There are no refunds for lab testing as these fees are direct laboratory fees. There are no refunds for supplements purchased through our online dispensary; however, if you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase, reach out to us at membersupport@habituallyhappier.com and we will work with Fullscript to resolve the issue. There are no refunds for single-session consultations; for consultation packages, if you are not satisfied with the service you received and would like to discuss a refund, please reach out to us at membersupport@habituallyhappier.com. We would appreciate the opportunity to talk with you about your experience and perhaps find a solution for you. If you then decide to proceed with a refund request, your refund amount will be prorated based on the package purchased and the sessions you have already received. We will calculate the total number of hours you have worked directly with a health coach at a rate of $99 per hour; the remaining balance will be refunded to you. In general, there are no refunds for specialty groups or programs, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. You may cancel your specialty group access at any time prior to your next payment date. Our specialty programs all offer a free preview prior to purchase. There may be additional options for extenuating or emergency situations - please reach out.

  • What if I have questions?

    A central part of our health coaching model is answering your questions! As a member, you have several options. You can ask general, non personal questions any time in the Community Conversation Forum. You can email us your specific or more personal questions at any time at membersupport@habituallyhappier.com. You can use our chatbot anytime (coming soon!). You’ll also find a contact form in your member’s area where you can submit questions. You can attend the live teaching/coaching calls available for your membership tier and ask your questions live. Finally, you can purchase an add-on 1:1 consultation sessions or package of sessions if you have deeper questions you’d like to explore.
